  • All PRTS Tokens purchased by the Fund or the Issuer will be “burnt.”

  • Management Fee: 2.5% of NAV, which will be paid in USD in quarterly increments in advance.
  • Expenses: Ongoing operating expenses of the Fund will be charged to the Fund.
  • Carried Interest: 25% of the increase in NAV on a high watermark basis.
